Mail-In Repair Policy
Pack your unit carefully, insure it and ship it to us. Please include your remote as it may be needed to check various functions.

Use original boxes (we recommend double boxing). If you have no suitable boxes for packing, we suggest using a professional shipping service.

For amps, receivers, projectors, & reel-to-reels, if the cost to repair your unit is more than $130 plus tax (not including shipping costs) we will call you with an estimate. For all other units we will call you if the repair exceeds $100 (not including shipping costs). If you decline the estimate and want us to ship the unit back, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Repair Policy and Payments
We have a $50 plus tax non-refundable bench fee due at check in of receivers, amps, projectors, and reel-to-reels. Other units have a $30 plus tax non-refundable bench fee due at check in. This amount goes toward any repairs we do. This can be paid by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or personal check. Units are not shipped back to customers until checks clear.

For receivers, amps, projectors, and reel-to-reels our policy is to call you if the cost to repair your unit is more than $130 plus tax. For all other units we will call with an estimate that is over $100 plus tax.

Warranty
We have a 90-day warranty (from the date of service) on parts and labor.
